Toronto The One | 328.4m | 91s | Mizrahi Developments | Foster + Partners

Which makes sense. The material and cladding was probably scheduled for ongoing delivery until 2023 which was originally when the building was supposed to be completed. It takes time and money to delay production and shipment, so Mizrahi probably received ownership of the cladding and stored them in a warehouse.

There's a possibility that maybe the additional 20m (308m to 328m) of cladding and finishes might be able to be cancelled without too much issue. But as always, this is all just massive amounts of speculation. Until we hear directly from the owners/builders, we will not know for sure what is going to happen!

Going to be hilarious if we eventually see ourselves with a 20m shack somewhere in the boonies with The One's leftover cladding.

If they cared about pedestrians... they could hang it here:

I don't have the time to watermark photos of The One. I would rather have the photos speak for themselves. I will watermark photos of other buildings and structures instead.

I had a look through the permits.

There are no new/revised permits showing as applied for, or granted for any height increase, the current permits reads as 86-storey.

They still have some lead time left..........but I find it unlikely they would risk any timeline here delaying.

It would certainly be something if the pull that off. It will be the tower to wave at St. Catharines outside the CN.
