Still no landscaping here. As Concert does not start occupancies until the building totally done and ready to be registered, there's no reason to rush that here I suppose. Maybe trees will be planted in the fall?

Aside from The Berczy, has Concert done this for any other development in Toronto? 88 Scott started occupancy late October 2017 and isn't registered. Amenities only opened a few months ago and some are still not ready.

The Kip turned out great and I'm looking forward to seeing future phases.

I suppose the other Concert properties in Etobicoke so far have been rentals, and the only other Toronto condos they've built so far have been the Sherwood and Blythwood at Huntington, both with Tridel up on Bayview. I believe their "don't occupy until it's ready to register" policy was in place there. 88 Scott would be the first time they have not done that then. It is, by quite a bit the largest building they've ever built, and I assume that's why they were not able to not able to follow through in that regard. Hmm. I wonder if they'll return to that policy for other Ontario projects, or if it's toast…

Looks like some landscaping is going in - I was able to walk around to the south side and snap a photo of the facade too. There is a sign by the Dundas entry that reads "Concert Pedestrian Entrance"... not sure if I interpreted this a little too liberally but I just walked in, there were no gates or construction signage up...

Rogers is in the process of moving their trunk line 2' to the north so shoring can start on the next tower. Site in the process of being clean up.

Shoring equipment on site as well some other equipment. Looks like they will be shoring along Dundas to the east property line and then south along it.
