guys thanks for all the video and picture updates! You all make me so excited for my fall/winter '09 move-in date. At least, that's the date they told me over the phone... What do you guys think, they're on the 4th floor right now so that's 18 more to go. At a floor a week, do you guys think 500 St Clair will be ready on time?
 
hmmm well I just did the math, 18 weeks from now brings us to the 3rd week of July so perhaps a fall 2009 closing date is not far off. I emailed them a few weeks ago and this was their response:

They are finishing third floor at the moment. From the 4th floor and up they make one floor a week. It should be on time. We are setting up decor centre with finishes for 500 St. Clair. You'll receive a letter soon. It will start from lower floors up, so your appointment could be a few months from now.

welcome to UT wongnog ... for some reason your images are not showing ~

seeing that they are on the 5th floor now out of 22 floors, estimated occupancy of early 2010 will be just that, an 'estimate' ... I suspect the realistic occupancy would be July-August 2010 at best?

Oops sorry I moved the images to a different image site so they should work now.

I'm getting a bit dismayed by the delays... My original closing date was Sep 2008, when that date rolled around they sent me a letter for the new closing date of Dec 2009. I emailed the developers to ask if there will be another delay to this date since the sales office now says Early 2010, I got the standard reply:

"As of right now your occupancy date has not changed, your occupancy is to be expected on December 15 2009. If there are any other delays you will definitely be informed in writing."
 
I'm so happy that the building seems to be going up at their reported "1 floor a week" rate. If things go on schedule, hopefully we'll be at floor 22 by Aug 10, 2009.
