Yup. We are currently sitting around here right now compared to your photo:Today, starting the 7th floor on the southeast corner and the third floor underway under the supposed third tower C. Looking back at the picture today, I realized the walls being formed are further back and that's because the 7th floor is where the podium turns into the tower, should really pick up now, around a storey a week I would suspect:

That might explain the $178m number. The building permit is for $255m, $178 is around 2/3 that number.Interestingly this article says it is a two tower project
