What's going on with the tivoli anyways? Are they still waiting for the theatre to collapse before they do anything? That semems to be the go plan with all heritage plots bought up these days..

IIRC a new owner purchased it and is working on an application.
The Condo market going to the gutter is slowing a lot of people down though, I think.

I walked over because I haven't seen too many pictures from the back of the building. Still curious if they'll be building the third tower as a recall that being in limbo. Perhaps they'll build as tall as they can sell?

Eh, I try to avoid talking to workers. I'm usually very sociable but I've had them get bothered with me before.
Maybe next time though.
