Thread title here already reflects the height change, but I will flag @Paclo to make sure the database reflects any other changes.
 
It will be possible to live there without car when subway is extended to East Mall. Which may take another 40 years.
Or a lot of car sharing.
 
BRT should be coming in the next decade. Mississauga has it in the works to the highway and TTC is reviewing options to extend to Kipling ST. No timeline though.
Even now without BRT on the section of Dundas between the 427 and Kipling station, it only takes a couple minutes for buses to arrive at the station, so BRT will only shave seconds off travel in Etobicoke. The big change to make this area more liveable will be the conversion of the rest of the Cloverdale Mall site into a mixed-use centre!

Which as you know definitely is on its way.


Sales centre is probably 70% complete now. Fully enclosed with glazing. (Sales Centre is also for this project as well as the mall redevelopment.
