Things are moving along here. Both restaurant patios have been demolished. That mansion is supposed to be moved about 10 feet forward. Tenants have to be out of the main building by Jan 9. The main building is supposed to be demolished except for the facade.

What’s there is getting some much needed TLC and turned into something that serves more people.

I’m not a fan of the condo itself but it’s still an improvement on what is there.

Ugh that just infuriates me. Developers should do everything possible to save trees

Roughly 70-80% of the earths oxygen comes from marine plants. Cutting down a few trees isn't really going to make much of a difference.
