The balcony plan looks better than it used to, but it could look so much better without the 365 Church floors. We already have a 365 Church, the last thing we need is a wannabe 365.

at least the lower levels are curtian wall according to the site plan - so I'm doubtful this is another 365 in the making.

The better cladding would be a huge step up, but the wraparound balcony floors in a pattern that recalls a major fail of a building a handful of blocks to the south is a mistake, plain and simple.

And in the last rendering in the post above, it sort of looks like they're also depicting some colour on the cladding that defines the four corners of the tower, which I only noticed/was looking out for after seeing the close-up of the entrance door; it appears to be a similar colour carrying upwards on the tower, possibly including a gradient change? Then again, you can't really see that effect in one of the other new renderings, so maybe it's just inconsistency in the lighting effects in the renders. Haven't checked the new docs to see if it's defined.

The staggered balconies don't seem to amount to any sort of pleasing pattern. However I also thought that of Harbour Plaza but the finished product seemed to work out quite well. A big thumbs up for going with curtain wall on the lower floors- it could be quite polished at street level.
