I don't think BSN is a good comparison as I've never seen a building take longer to be completed.
Well - BSN should soon have some competition, and nearby too. Milan started sales in November 2007. Shoring of the of the site is just underway now - excavation has not really started. Given the size of the project, and long it takes Conservatory Group to get a building up (ref. Platinum Tower development in North York, with Pearl now under construction) Milan's initial occupancy will take place in three to four years time. My expectation - early purchasers of upper floor units in Milan will have waited at least seven years before being able to move into their suites.
