For me Harbour Plaza towers are fantastic, but the podium is a bunker.

10 York the Tower is a bit of a hodge podge and the only feature of interest is the shape, but the podium is beautiful.

I'd rather look at Harbour Plaza on the skyline, but 10 York on the street.
