Toronto is just a booming city right now and it's amazing to experience what is happening with this city.

Do we know how tall this is when including the spire?

From ground level (finish floor level in the building lobby), the building is 121.65m to the main roof, 133.99m to the top of the curtainwall projection above the main roof and 136.09 to the top of the steel structure supporting the curtainwall projection.

Not sure about the spire.

^Now there's a status symbol from the South! The double-decker trailer. Coming soon to a neighbourhood (far from here): Triple stacked trailers from just $39,999.

However, I've always fantasized about living in one myself so I might be the first "trailer condo pioneer."

With the prime viewing from the Gardiner I always wonder why developers don't use highrises under construction as giant billboards--one of us creative souls has got to team up (with me?) and form a "forming advertising business." Our first ad/billboard: "Welcome to Telus where concrete ideas result in a Union."

Thanks for all of the updates. Is it me or are they using Doric columns in the Simcoe Street underpass, visible in the last pic?
