Boy does it ever take time to put up a building when it's over a subway line !

Meanwhile construction is wrapping up on the three projects beside Wellesley station Totem, Vox and 50 at Wellesley Station which started around the time TeaHouse begun.
 
I'd rather them take their time building over the subway, than having them rush through and end up potentially breaching the tunnel which would paralyze transit throughout the entire city.
