R6 is a city project for affordable rentals, it's isn't part of the Hines components. It's not been even submitted to city planning so I assume it's years away from seeing anything materialize.

Phase 1 broke ground in July 2020, with substantial completion set for Q2 2023. So approx. 3 years construction.

Though I'm sure things could still change, 2027 completion for Phase 2 suggests construction would start in 2024.

(Really interesting to see those Quayside dates too)
