I'm not for rushing changes to the master plan to get something erected quicker. The phase 2 site should remain zoned commercial. In the meantime, Hines should be encouraged to do something with the site that benefits the community and themselves.

...I just realised I may have to be careful here, as I think I was involved with them a decade or so ago. That is if my memory serves me correct, they where the ones that gave me a space to show my work for free during one of their events...so I am forever indebted to them. And they probably wouldn't take kindly to me playing on their acronym like that. My bad. >.<

Nice to see the landscaping done - now to get the rental building on Block R1 to its east built ( SEE: https://createto.ca/projects/block-r6-bayside ) and a decision on the lot to its west Block C1 (which does not appear to have its own UT thread as it is, I think, planned, at the moment, as a twin to T3).
