The difference between Therme and The Jewel@Changi Airport, Singapore (pictured above) is that the latter is free for everyone to enjoy (no admission fee).

Hmmmmm ... and here I have so many memories of paying an admission to get into Ontario Place.

I'm not for rushing changes to the master plan to get something erected quicker. The phase 2 site should remain zoned commercial. In the meantime, Hines should be encouraged to do something with the site that benefits the community and themselves.

...I just realised I may have to be careful here, as I think I was involved with them a decade or so ago. That is if my memory serves me correct, they where the ones that gave me a space to show my work for free during one of their events...so I am forever indebted to them. And they probably wouldn't take kindly to me playing on their acronym like that. My bad. >.<
