IMO, it's way to early to tell how the ground floor will animate, it's all fenced in and they've not event started on the finishing touches.

This block is really starting to look like a tiny slice of Copenhagen landed in Toronto. I love it.

Don't you think you should wait to see how it's finished? IMO, this is going to be stunning from what I've seen from the renders. They're really delivering on this one, inside and out.

Agreed. Don't forget about Hines' nice mass timber buildings u/c near Lansdowne and Bloor - T3 Sterling Road.

They've already installed the ground floor windows and it looks like another sterile glass frontage. I'm all for wait and see and I think the rest of the project looks nice. But unless they install fins or some other colour/texture at ground level, I'm not feeling too optimistic about that piece. Hopefully the landscaping makes up for it.

Hopefully we will see the west building move ahead soon - it will really complete the QQE south street wall for that stretch.
