Good question. I hope they announce something soon. I think this would be a good location for a Loblaws. I know they got the one at Jarvis and Queens Quay, but I think condos will eventually go up there considering the development in that area.

While looking at these photos, Menkes is my favourite developer in Toronto. And then I remember another thread currently being updated all too frequently…

I blame aA, Sweeny &co, and the prominent location here.
