What I like:
- It is acceptable if just infill for the area.
- This project is abundant in spandrel.
- This project takes a prime piece of Toronto's skyline - it feels like it is the subject of Toronto's skyline.
- There is nothing that will block this from the Toronto Islands.
- 1 York crowds TEN YORK too much.
- From just about every viewpoint you can see this for a long time.
- Harbour Plaza is just balconies and spandrel.

I figure that once they have the swing stage/window cleaning platform installed they'll use that to go down and touch up all the spots they couldn't reach from the balconies.

It'd be even crazier if that RBC building was flipped 180 degrees so that both buildings had a step back facing inwards.
