I hate how this clunker blocks my view of Theatre Park from the north

I appreciate its strong street wall along richmond, and am glad there is at least some colour along street level, but the balconies along richmond on the podium really confuse me. they are all different. different heights, no obvious pattern. Honestly sort of a mess. I will try to take a picture tomorrow to show what I mean... I just which they were either in some obvious configuration or really eclectic.
