Double-height storefronts are a nice touch, which should make the retail spaces more attractive. The design of the building is far from groundbreaking, but the right brick cladding/black window framing combination will give it good character.

I love to see quality brick and black window framing too. So far the brick looks decent.

Unfortunately double height storefronts in new developments usually feel cold and sterile, especially with if the doors and windows are generic silver aluminum with exposed concrete ceilings.
