As of today the Front Street sidewalk is finally finished (though not yet open) - still to do is the short piece on Sherbourne and the corner. It looks good but it really has taken a long time!

Yeah, it's looking really nice at street level. Nice wide sidewalks, some paving stones, and infrastructure that should support good trees.

That's not a very charitable description of Aquavato (which was previously located on King).

Moreover, there will be no less than 6 retailers here. I wouldn't despair just yet.

But we are also getting a lot more retail in the area in the next little while, and a subway stop, so I am not despairing.

"little while" is probably a little charitable for the subway stop.

On the subject of retail, 3 of the units are still listed for lease by local brokers.

Which would suggest that 3 are taken.
