The flyer that they sent out in the hood a year or so ago with the plan for the Shoppers said that they had approval to put a major apartment building there but instead were building the Shoppers because they weren't going to build the apartments for the foreseable future.

That's a very cool pic... what's the effect you used?

there is a series of different effects... simulated HDR (High Dynamic Range) using a high pass filter, Orton effect (combines blurred layer with sharp layer), selective colour boosting, lighting effects...

glad you all like my tricks, I just dont feel right posting images directly off the camera...
