I saw them walking home last week... to say they look like bad Christmas lights would be an understatement .... it completely misses the mark on the "warm by night program" and most of the time it was just an Italian flag pattern. Honestly RAW's project is the most disappointing of all the City Place projects. At least the other towers are actually really nice at street level.

I've noticed Variegation by Pierre Poussin was recently updated to include these spectacular light columns and benches! It's quite a scene at night!!!
