They drop the ball on the tower's disgusting wall cladding and windows etc!!! The cladding should be a seamlessly dark glazed look . To accentuate the balconies white zagged look to pop out from the facade ! Not this blan ugly industrial grey and white trim look. BUMMER !!!

i know Pemberton has built few good buildings more than 0.5 decade ago but i think Toronto needs to ban them from causing more blasphemies.

The only thing that could potentially save this is if they actually use the punched metal covers for the balcony, as they show in the renderings. Praying to the architecture gods
