Interesting 'landing craft' type of boat. And paint job on it. A movie prop probably, given that Pinewood Studios is nearby.

That's a long green light!

That's how you know it's fake. Only Hamilton has lights like that. Toronto's are red 82% of the time. At least, in whichever direction one is travelling.
