Does it say 'Toronto Drydock' there on the bridge? Very curious about the dazzle camouflage!

That "dazzle camouflage" was introduced late in WWII as a more effective type for marine vessels.
It can be seen in old photos of warships of the time.

I know what it is, and in fact it was used in WW1. What I'm wondering is why it's on that particular ship there now (or whenever it was in the past few years that the photo was taken).

The sunrise and the "supermoon"-rise Saturday evening from atop the CN Tower were equally breathtaking, the lake being so flat and sky mostly clear.
I will try to borrow a photo or two from my friend who had a decent camera in tow..
