Toronto skyline

Nice angle on Bay St., Northern Light.
It appears as if the City Hall clock tower is in a frame.
That's appropriate for our beautiful antique structure.

The perfect antidote to the occasional cacophony of waterfront complaints.... drone video of one long pull back from the waterfront skyline, across the islands (The Island), and near the end of the video, the huge Lower Don Lands on the right side of frame.

And to think that one day, all that sandy brown on the right will be as green and blue as the islands… we're so lucky.

Flying in an illegal drone zone too though.

Cp Rail used to service that yard before my time there, I heard of it referred to as the Empty Annex from some. A short search says it was closed in 2005. The two storage tracks are referred to as the 427 yard.
