I would have preferred this building to be all brick and of course, it should have had retail along Carlaw. That being said, it's actually turning out much better than I expected.

Does anyone have pictures on any internal finished units? This project turned out a lot better than the drawings. Though nothing crazy exciting, it fits the area well.

27 July 2014: Today I didn't like this building--it's not ugly, but it meets the street as bad as a mcmansion in the 'burbs.
Is this driveway permanent or developable land? I hope the latter.
It reminds me of those cheap rental buildings popping up around Brooklyn these days.

Hideous on the outside...yes. But inside is pretty nice. Well done layouts and finishes.

While there's not too much to like on the outside, I'll admit that it didn't end up being as bad as the renderings had me fearing. In fact, it just sort of fades into the background a bit and isn't that noticeable on most views of Carlaw. Thankfully!

Agreed, it looks better than the renders. Still disappointing but I was expecting worse.

I think it turned out alright. Red brick is always a good thing, in fact they even have it inside the lobby.

They did a pretty good job with this project. Based on the prices they were selling them for (part of me wishes I took them seriously and bought a unit) good value. The finishes are quite good and the brick wall in each unit along with skylights in the PH units are nice touches.
