Update:

Amidst steadily rising enrolment, Ryerson University has been aggressively expanding its Downtown Toronto facilities in recent years. The next building set to join the urban campus is the 27-storey, Perkins + Will-designed educational and student residence facility known as the Daphne Cockwell Health Sciences Complex, which is now under construction on Church Street just north of Dundas

I'm really excited to see the materials here, I doubt Ryerson would cheap out given the prominence and importance of this building in growing their campus.

Ah....this was the crane I saw yesterday. I couldn't remember for the life of me what was going up over here. It'll be in interesting project to view from the east.

It is one of the more interesting projects going up in the core. I'm amazed it's getting such little attention, but I think that will change once it starts to get cladding.
