Nov 22 2016: Significant progress in preparing formwork on the south side of the building. They were stone-slinging all day to lay the base for the parking garage ramp.

November 25, 2016:
With the pleasant weather this fall, work on the site has been progressing
well. All excavation is now complete, as is the site hoarding on all sides.
Both cranes are now in place, and crews are working hard on pouring
concrete; they’ve reached Lower Level 1 on the south side of the building
and Lower Level 3 on its north side. Concrete pouring will continue through
the coming weeks, with the project expected to hit “grade-level” – a
significant milestone in any construction project, when the building reaches
ground-level — in mid-January.

This is now beginning to rise more and more above ground level.

The crane cable snapped today and fell below on to some wires and got electrified.
