One of the best times of the year...the greening of the city, tree blossoms galore, and the return of sail boats.

I like every angle except the backside. It's just so flat in comparison to the dynamics every where else.

Had my second PDI today (yes, second). A handful of units have already moved in and I'm scheduled to take possession on Thursday -- an abundance of pics to come.

The lobby is finished, except for furnishings. It is much larger than the other two phases, as you can imagine. Very sleek, modern. Questionable choice of bright green glass panels.

The amenities, including the party room, gym, reading room, etc. are largely completed. Gym equipment is installed, including an ERG, to my delight.

Some of the hallways are already painted a light grey and there are modern, linear black lights throughout. No carpeting yet, of course.

In general, it looks well on its way, but there are lots of trades still working and everything is a complete mess. I can't wait!
