Construction HALTED indefinitely
Sadly, today it became official.
It was announced in today's site trades meeting that construction of this project will be put on hold indefinitely (approx 1-2 years) after the P1-walking garage level is completed in the next few days.

It appears that putting projects 'on hold' is gathering steam. Hopefully these workers can be transfered to other projects in need of completion.

I peered into the pit last night (so cold my camera shot turned out fuzzy, sorry) and noticed they didn't cap this yet--it's below grade. Lots of snow covering the rebar etc.
