bustling airport. The developer and owner/operator is the Silver Hotel Group,

That's very interesting. It would seem that the neighbourhood in question is about to become a destination. Does anyone know exactly where this hotel will be?

I wonder whether this is the old Artword Theatre site, as that venue seems to be undergoing demolition.

Alternatively, there is a big parking lot on the north-east corner of Portland and Front, which is a possibility.

That project is another Freed project I believe (what a real estate agent told me).

There is a large open piece of land beside the townhomes on niagara. There is a signage company in an older building that might get demo'ed to make room. The article said it would be connected to front street. I will take a picture of this spot, I know exactly the place.

I am going to get the lovely noise of construction for years to come! (currently live in Zed).

That's my guess too. Right beside 550 Front Street West.

The lot for the Sixty Loft sales office backs onto Niagara beside the townhomes. It would have to be that location because further west along Front Street would mean the lot isn't really adjacent to the park anymore...but rather more adjacent to the 20 Niagara lofts.

Man, that area is booming. I lived there for a couple of years when it was just Portland Park Village and 20 Niagara. That's why I only paid $180 per sq. ft. back in 1998 for a brand new condo! That's right, only $180,000 for 1000 sq. ft. plus only $5000 for parking!

Hopefully it won't be quite so suburban as the prototype in that brochure. Underground parking only please.
