I dont use this word often but this looks really cute- like a little compartmentalized box. Along with the Hive. IQ and Loggia Condos this is really helping create a positive streetscape for the area. Im tempted move here.

Aside from the mass air pollution with the Gardiner right next door, The Queensway is a fantastic neighborhood to live around. Great amenities are around, grocery stores and many other retailers are located throughout the strip, traffic isnt too bad (aside from the Gardiner), etc.. Overall its a great strip.
