.............on the heels of Emerald Park, there seems to be a contest among condo developers/operators to see who can create Toronto's most substantial waterfall!

While not as tall, I am always fond of The Atrium's waterfall having seen it in person.

Just guessing the sudden dip in temperature and the fact that they might not have the heat on yet cause this? Unless HVAC is running once the lights are on.
(I have no industry knowledge on how this all works)
