Was just thinking.............you know if we get Bazis and Pinnacle to design/maintain Toronto's water features, they would never run dry!

As an added bonus, in winter, Toronto could likely have the 2 dozens largest outdoor ice rinks in the world.

.............on the heels of Emerald Park, there seems to be a contest among condo developers/operators to see who can create Toronto's most substantial waterfall!

Just guessing the sudden dip in temperature and the fact that they might not have the heat on yet cause this? Unless HVAC is running once the lights are on.

(I have no industry knowledge on how this all works)
