lol that's not what I said. I said it looks incomplete with clear balcony railings which they have already installed on the first few floors. Unless they're planning to add any other design elements (doubtful), those clear railings are here to stay. It is my contention that such railings make a building look unfinished even when it's finished (duh).
 
Those arches are just sad - and a lost opportunity. But they were doomed the minute you could see pillars right behind them. From then on the question was how they were going to deal with the pillars. The answer is "not well."

The vertical supports for the crown doesn't even get brick veneer. It was previously bare concrete which they've now painted to match the rest of the building, so I'd be surprised if they add brick after painting. They seemed to have really phoned it in on south side of this building.

Hey i mean, it's a free window wash for the residents before they move in. What a nice pleasant surprise.
