Mississauga Pinnacle Uptown: Crystal Condominiums | 167m | 28s | Pinnacle | Richmond Architects

Oh it's possible nobody did screenshots. I used to do those, but I figured the screenshots were already in the PDF, and don't want to deal with copyright infringement haha.

There is to be retail at ground level. "TOO" much retail can kill off existing ones as well having empty unites.

That's generally the case when they're shoebox style units ... have a look at NYCC - south of finch, though things are getting filled up slowly there's soo much retail available for lease at the bottom of 2/3 new buildings finished in the year or so!

And NYCC has a lot more foot traffic, so you can imagine in MCC - I hate these units - but for developers it's the way to go - eventually they get leased - sometimes they're not too bad - if you take a look at some of the units in NYCC you'll see sushi joints / small cafes ... sometimes it turns out OK but it generally takes a long time.

^thx for the post
This is from Sunday. Don't know if the equipment is going to be used to build the sales centre or if the gas station is due to be redone, etc...we'll see...

Any of the renderings and/or proposals show the gas station remaining as it is.

If they can't persuade him to relocate, it would be nice if they were able to upgrade and maybe build a more permanent c-store on the inside corner of the property, as opposed to the smaller structure that is now located towards the outer corner, and do something to make the pedestrian corner a little more appealing.

from urbanation's twitter feed, looks like Pinnacle will be branding this project 'Uptown Mississauga'....

Thx Jason! looks like they have zoning in place for phase 1, and are still working on the zoning for the later phases........this will be another large project, nearly as big as Amacon's Parkside Village..

Here are some left-over pictures from the other day. I will be taking similar pictures on Friday with this project in mind. In ten years time, Mississauga itself will have two "skylines" or clusters.
