All the spots being redeveloped will be high-rise, but not all the land is spots being redeveloped. In twenty years 75% of the existing frontage will not have changed along eglinton and sheppard, as they are already in use as other things. In this case I dont think we're going to see the lrt being crowded out with "subway densities" but rather a slight increase in TTC ridership above existing bus ridership. Keep in mind many people moving to Sheppard and Warden have no intention of ditching their cars.

Amazed they haven't featured the LRT in the render like tridel has for their project on Sheppard.

They're definitely using the LRT as a selling point in their TV commercials. They show a rendering with the LRT running on Sheppard.

The power of sale process on this site was completed at the end of June. The court has accepted an offer by Pinnacle International One Lands Inc. (Pinnacle). There is a claims process to follow on this sale and more information will be available in the next quarterly update.
