According to Brad J.Lamb Reality Inc. Toronto condo pricing has hit the economic low and consumer confidence is beginning to return to the market.

Not only is Lamb a broker and it's in his best interest to pump up the market, but he's also got his own development projects on the go. Many of which are not selling at all.

He's got 6 projects for sale and 2 more being released. He's in as much trouble as anybody.

A sellers market? What a crock.
 
OK next time when im in the market to invest in a condo I will have to forget what the rest of the world says and get on UT to figure out if its the right time to be purchasing a condo.

Rest of the world? Brad Lamb is one man - and a salesman at that. He's in the business of selling condos, often to would-be investors. Not exactly a neutral observer.

Why don't you put your money where your mouth is and let us know how it turns out?
