The building lost it crane this weekend and still removing it when I went by it early Sunday.
 
I like the white, steel frames all around the building. They add some class to an otherwise dull, grey building.

I'm not an architect, but it reminds me of the Hancock Tower in Chicago, where they exposed the supporting beams to the exterior of the building. Structural Expressionism I think it's called.
 
But where in Chicago the beams actually are those helping support the frame, here they're just an applique, glued on for effect (making them more akin to the aesthetic-only I-beams adorning Mies' taller edifices).

But in the case of Mies, he executes flawlessly.
