That thin section to the north intrigues me, but I have little hope here that it will turn out as interestingly as I suspect that a similarly thin (but much longer section) of the first T3 Sterling building will look when completed. What they'll need here to make this work is plenty of transparency and a minimum of spandrel and as few mullions as possible. I think we'll get all that from Hines on Sterling, but it would take a miracle here.
