Noticed first bits of glass today:

Nice shot during the day .I've always wondered how accurate the glass would be to the rendering? Here is my contribution. It appears that they have only done a few glass walls on the south west corner of the building. I don't see any other glass anywhere else. Notice the glass door on the west entrance too. Anyone know why they painted or applied something blue to the column before the framing for glass is added?

They do but I honestly expected it to be even taller. I think it appears huge because of the grade of the ground. It sits right at the top of the "hill" when you're driving along Hwy 7. When you're actually near the building, it doesn't feel that tall.

No database file was created for it, held up because the renderings for this thing have been kinda crap, at least what's online now on the official website. Did anyone ever get a pdf brochure that has better ones? If so, please let me know, I'd like to have a worthwhile database file put together for this so that we can get it on the map.

My pictures were taken a few days before DarkSideDenizen posted above. Someone was asking about the piece of land west of this site and it appears there has been an application with the city for more condos. I am not sure how realistic this is but 6 buildings ranging from 36-50 storeys is definitely optimistic. Hopefully, many revisions will take place and end up 3-4 buildings at most with less storeys.I was really hoping a for public elementary school since this area needs one badly!

Anyone know if the reflective blue windows are actually that colour or is that just piece of film waiting to be removed?

If anyone does pull info re: #metres high, yes, please let us know/link the document source. If not, eventually we will get time to dig for answers. Markham's online development info is not particularly comprehensive, unfortunately.
