World on Yonge is a pretty similar height, though a couple storeys shorter. Its overall height may actually be taller though depending on floor heights.

I'm pretty sure it is the tallest until Riverview building A & B is completed in 2022.

I think you are pretty spot on. World on Yonge North & South tower is 32 stories at 102m. My estimate says Pavilia Tower is about 125m when completed.

Taller than World On Yonge correct? Regardless Pavilia Park is very prominent due to lack of anything this size even remotely close by.

Yup, definitely don’t think of it as Markham. I basically forget Markham goes south of the 407 half the time, I just associate those areas with Scarborough / North York.
