It’s exciting to see this part of MCC moving towards completion. I know we’re a few years away, but there will be a great urban vibe here.

Agreed. PSV is going to be great once it's fully filled out, I'm looking forward to seeing the final plans for the remaining 3 blocks. It's very urban at street level, and it does a wonderful job of overshadowing the earlier Daniels developments that don't look quite as nice.
