Which one? Gardiner East insanity? Scarborough subway madness? It's Toronto - you have to specify which specific ill-conceived scheme you mean or people will get confused.

That the item be referred to the General Manager, Economic Development and Culture with the request that he report further on October 24, 2016 and that he not consider in the requested report "the creation, ongoing operation and maintenance of a mobile Toronto sign and seasonal touring program".

Too bad, but in the long run the branding should be used in all major civic facilities in the city.
