What do you think sounds like a more realistic timeline?

Based on my experience with similar projects, add 6 months to the timeline. If the weather cooperates they might top out by end of 2025 and then it depends on high your floor is to guess when it will be ready for moving in.

When do you think T3 will be completed? I received a occupancy date of Jan 2026. I am not sure if this is reliable. Based on T1 and T2, anyone who has had experience with these towers previously - I would appreciate your thoughts.

Mid to late 2026 given the fact that it still not at grade and could be by the end of the month. At a floor a week, you are at the end of 2025 with the mechanical floor in place, The lower floors will be the first to see owners.

This document shows the vehicular entrance being from Elm:

It real show long it been since I walked down Elm on Nov 3 to see the daycare gone. The last time was in July when they were preparing to remove it.

I was always under the impression that the driveway was at the south west end, but the forming was saying otherwise as that was the requested of the owner of that lot during a council meeting.

The driveway could be north of that plan

You can get close to the site at the south end of T2 and there is a curb with a sidewalk crossing there in that corner as well this

So you will probably be in the first tranche of residents to move in. I would plan for a move between March and May but hopefully as the date approaches you will be able to make a better guess and they will give you the firm occupancy date early enough in advance.

Did you receive your kitchen and accessories planning meeting at least 6months before your final occupancy date or earlier/later? What was that timeline like for you?

I see... so - you received it a year before your confirmed occupancy date.

So in theory - based on their projected occupancy date they have given me (which is January 2026) , I should receive the accessories notice in January of 2025?

No, As i said that given date, January 2026is not right date. That's just first builder schedule.
As tower 1 and 2, your actual occupancy is going to be 2027 fall or winter and year before you will meet virtual studio which support to upgrade or choose your interior things such as tile, hood and microwave and so on. That's my experience so far.

Now what 9th floor are you on as there are 2 towers?? Are you in the short one or the 50??

At the rate they been gong for all 3.5 towers so far, need to add 6-12 months to the date. T3+ was to be at grade from July-Sept depending who you talked to as well from my background experience, yet there we are in November and still not at grade.

The building maybe top off by the end of 2025, but more like winter 2026. The elevators will not be in place until summer-fall of 2026. I don't know if there are elevators for the short tower, otherwise, a long wait for an elevator when fulling move in. Anything over 100 residents to one elevator means longer waiting time.

End of the day at this time, your move in is late 2026 to Spring 2027 sorry to say
