Nothing I trust, which is why it's not in the thread title. I asked Concord, but their response was to send something saying "we can't build it higher than what's allowed here", as opposed to "here are the docs that show it's going to be X metres high".

That's ridiculous. Are there any public venues to get those docs? Building permit?

Site plan approval would still have been required, and the city usually posts those docs. They have only been doing that for the last year or two though, and this predates that. All the Development Application Portal has on this one is this:

I believe these are considered public documents and would be available through the city clerk's office, but not from anywhere online.

Not that it's a huge surprise, but it's worth officially noting that the glazing is nothing like what was shown in the renderings. There were no mid-height mullions through the windows, and of course, zero spandrel panels in place of windows. These could have been good-looking buildings, instead there's plenty of godawful sludge-coloured gray.

Opus is at floor 9-10, Omega is at floor 11-12. Wonder how long it's going to be before the two towers top out. Maybe they'll finish before winter???
