15 months to occupancy looks unlikely. More likely later 2018 by my guess, they are still working on parking levels. Topping out is probably July, with occupancy October to December sometime.

Hello, i'm new to the forum and it's great to come across a place to chat about this development.

I've also purchased a unit at Opus, just wondering if anyone here have any updated info about the occupancy date? The latest info I got from the builder was June of 2018, does this still look achievable based on the current construction progress?

Nothing I trust, which is why it's not in the thread title. I asked Concord, but their response was to send something saying "we can't build it higher than what's allowed here", as opposed to "here are the docs that show it's going to be X metres high".
