If you look closely at the level 1 drawings, it has pillars marked out for TOC construction above the station.

The TOCs themselves will be done in a different tendering process for construction. Either during station construction or shortly after.

Construction activities for the Bathurst and King Street station have started.

Not much action visible from the King Street side, but work is actively underway from the back by Priestly Demolition (PDI). Interior gutting and demolition taking place now, with the sidewalk hoarding expected to be installed in the next few weeks.

Two more changes in preparation for the major Bathurst Station works activities. Fencing has been set up in the lane to the east of the buildings being demolished, and the westbound 504 King Streetcar stop has been relocated away from being in front of the station area to being in front of the 650 King Street West building.

Jersey barriers have been installed around the south west (Banknote building) on the Stewart and Bathurst street sides, and on the Bathurst street side of the north east building.
