This is kind of a big deal.

The first of the 3 times the Ontario Line will cross the Don Valley.

So this is the bridge that they'll build the real bridge on/from and then they'll remove this bridge and the the real bridge will be left in its place?

Correct!

Here's a refresher of the construction timeline.

What are all those site offices for? Is it normal to have that many? What intersection is that?
Yes some sites require a lot of offices space for all the various trades working on the site. Easier to go from one office to another office to deal with on site issues than trying to deal with it over the phone or arranging meetings off site.

Some sites having living quarters for crews that have to be brought in from far distance and cheaper than putting up in rental places. Some of the camps are first class resorts with food, sleeping area and after hours entertainment since they are working 7/24 for X weeks and months at a time.or 10-12 hour days. Then there is the lack of need to travel to/from the site daily. Some camps may have a few hundred to a few 1,000's workers.
