Yeah, if that gets developed, the density in the area would be pretty remarkable. But I'm not holding my breath. Happy to be wrong on that count, though.

Bloor-Yorkville will have a better skyline than most of the major US cities.

Same could be said for North York City Centre.

As for Bloor-Yorkville, I cannot even conceive that The One will be significantly taller the 1 Bloor E!
